Hello, I am currently 19, and have two part-time jobs. One is as an swim instructor and the other at a coffee shop. I am hoping to attend U of A or grant Macewan next year after taking a Gap Year, still am waiting for my acceptance letter.

I am clean and for the most part quiet, but can be very friendly when the situation calls for it. Anywhere really in terms of downtown as well as the general Southside is good as long as it’s not too far from the transit. Am willing to room with people who have cats and/or other low maintenance pets.

Looking for women or females close to my age, who are either students or working individuals like I am. Budget for me monthly would be $700. I would also be willing to team-up as well as am LGBTQ2+ friendly–am queer myself.
