NOTE: For June 1st, 2025… Hi. My name is Francois. I was born in Montreal (Quebec), Canada. I’m fluent in English and French, and I have a good knowledge of Spanish. I’ve lived in a few countries (France, Mexico, Italy, China, Hungary, Antigua and Spain). I am 54, fit and active. I love long walks, sailing and roadtrips in North America. I don’t smoke (cigarettes or weed), I don’t do drugs and I have no pets. I work online, as a French teacher. I am quiet, clean & tidy, responsible and considerate of others. I absolutely need: a) a bedroom that is about 100 square feet (as it would be used as bedroom and workspace) … and b) a very reliable and fast internet connection as I give all my lessons online. Being near a metro station would be a huge plus, if 10 min away, walking.
