Hi! My name is Mia. I recently graduated from college in Red Deer Polytechnic in the program of Early Learning and Child Care. I am moving to Calgary because I would love to work in a different city. I love going to the gym, I listen to afrobeats, going out for walks, going out for drinks (not a hard drinker, don’t worry, haha), having my wine nights, baking/cooking, and overall, I am a social butterfly.

I already have a place for 2 people (2 beds / 1 bath) and it’s for $1290. It is located on the 19th floor in downtown Calgary, just 5 minutes from the metro station. The rent includes free internet, heating, and water; electricity is paid separately (will probably be around a max of $100).

There will also be a deposit of $100 each, which is required after signing the lease.

The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living and is rented unfurnished. The building offers amenities such as grilling areas, parking, a pool, sauna, cinema, lounge room, billiards, cinema screens, meeting rooms, and a pet bath (pet-friendly with an additional fee of $30). The building is connected by skywalks to nearby business centers and the entire downtown. The building is quiet and convenient for living.

The apartment features air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a large table, a pantry, and a balcony. The building also has a gym, a dance hall, a yoga room, and a boxing room.
