I’m Ewald A 3rd year student in Software Eng. @ Polytechnique Montreal. I enjoy other activities such as sports, entrepreneurship, going out to new experiences and learning.

I’m looking for 1 to 2 roommate(s) to share a 2 or 3 bedroom unit with me. My budget is $800-$1000.

Having the right roommates can be a great experience and I’m looking for ones with who it would be the best match for my last 2 years of university.

What I’m looking for in a roommate

• Someone clean, cleans up after themselves
• Polite and friendly
• Stable source of income

Ideally, the space I’m looking for is:

• clean
• 2 rooms
• Ideally a gym/sport space (but not necessary)
• has an outdoor space (balcony/backyard)
• Has a dishwasher, washer/dryer included

I have a couple apartments in mind already
