Hi, this is Sherin. I’m a female and a Mechatronics Engineering student at Simon Fraser University in BC. I’m looking to rent a place close to the Surrey and Burnaby SFU campuses. I am looking with one additional friend who is also in the same degree program as me. I’m interested in a unit with 2 bedrooms. Preferably 2 bed 1 bath separate unit. I could provide you with references from my current landlord if you require. I do not have pets and I don’t smoke or anything.
