Hi, this is Sherin. I’m a female and a Mechatronics Engineering student at Simon Fraser University in BC. I will be relocating to Edmonton in a few weeks for a co-op job in Edmonton for 8 months. I’m looking to rent a place close to my office and this seems like a perfect location. I’m interested in the room with a private bathroom and was wondering if it’s available. I could provide you with references from my current landlord if you require. I do not have pets and I don’t smoke or anything.
