I don’t have much furniture to move, but have a number of personal belongings, some should end up in storage.
I’m a senior female looking for a secure home I could have for a few years. I get Canada Pension, and $900/month is a pretty good rent, but I may go higher depending on variables.
I also want to get away from living in downtown Toronto. I have no car, no pets, no kids, no ex/spouse, I don’t smoke (except the odd 420), and I’m a modest drinker, usually with food. I rarely have visitors and I’d have even fewer in Richmond Hill. I used to have a car and have driven north of Toronto on occasion. I would hope you might have a GO transit close to your location.
