Hey! I’m Jessica, I’m a very easy going, social person, and am looking to break up the cost of living if it’s with the right person!! I do need my own (large) space, I work from home and therefore either need a large master bedroom or If the space provides-and you agree, I could set up my desk in a common area (I would take on the majority of the rent). I also need my own bathroom. I am currently looking mostly at nicer, larger rentals, they go around 2500 a month and we split! I also have an older cat, who is very friendly with people, however is not a fan of other animals. Preferably, I would love to split a 2 bed 2 bath, around the Guelph general area, also open to Fergus, Ariss, Elmira, Breslau, or the close side of Kitchener or Cambridge. Anything from 12- to max 1400$ including utilities
