I am looking for a cute this spot in Vancouver downtown or towards kits area. I am attending school in January to study at VCMT to become an RMT. I will be fulltime and the course is very intense so looking for other working professionals or students that are on the quieter side. I’ll be out almost every day, with the occasional beach volleyball and trying to keep active around what will be a very busy schedule.

Can move in December if I I find the right spot.
