I like to do dishes right away and I’ve lived with a variety of roommate situations in my adult life (including with young kids). I’m neat and clean and don’t do any partying. I’ve got consistent employment so I’m always good for rent. I play tennis a few times a week and am pretty sporty in general. I get along well with most people as I’m pretty well versed in just about any topic.
