YOU MUST BE LGBT FRIENDLY! Hey, I’m Julian I’m looking for a roommate, preferably on the Southside of the city. I’m a student at MacEwan University who works full time. I’m pretty quiet and really enjoy art and gothic/witchy aesthetics. I am someone who really value communication/being able to work together in the soace we share. I am neat and value a clean space! I also love cooking/baking. I’m 420 friendly and idc if you smoke as long as its outside. I am however not very comfortable with a lot of drinking around me and would appreciate that being respected! :) I’m also cool with you have guests over as long as I’m told beforehand! (Since I will also want my partners over it would be strange if I wasn’t cook with you having guests over lol I will also let you know ahead of time)

I also am fine with all pets! Especially cats :3 as I’ve had them all my life and don’t have any allergies to animals. I really enjoy D&D and Video games and would love to share that with you if interested! :) I’m usually at work Monday-Friday anytime from 10am-10pm it depends on the day/week. (It’s retail lol)
