Hey I’m Julian a non-binary queer person who is looking for a place to either co-rent with someone or rent a room with by the end of the summer! Some little things about me: I am a cat fan! (Love all pets actually), enjoy witchy aesthetics and goth culture and music! I’m also a huge nerd who loves video games and D&D! I also am trying to spend my free time building a queer safe space for people in my community as I am a queer person myself, so my roommate must be accepting and respectful and I plan to be working with vulnerable queer people and that is something that matters to me immensely.

Looking for anyone who values open communication and a tidy space! I’m a huge home body who enjoys sharing my space and creating a welcoming and creative environment! I very much keep a clean space and very honest when it comes to communication. I’m 4/20 friendly and Smoking friendly as long as its done outside. (I don’t smoke cigarettes but I do use cannabis for my chronic pain, but I mostly vape and or if I do smoke I do so outside to avoid the smell coming in the home) I also ask that if you do drink to be transparent about it as I am pretty sober and don’t drink often or at all and would rather the space be alcohol limited or free! (I don’t judge if you partake occasionally I just would rather not have parties with alcohol in the home) I am also completely comfortable with you having your friends and partners over as I will also be having my friends and partners over as well! (Just let me know ahead of time lol) I have two partners who I love very dearly, they share similar values as me and are both clean and respectful! We also all enjoy cooking together and if you wanted to join us for meals, you are more than welcome to!

I work most of the week from around 8am-12am (my schedule varies between my two jobs) so I am a pretty busy bee, I would also prefer to live Southside or Center Edmonton as I take public transportation and need our home to be accessible in that regard!
