Hi, I’m Katya (aka Kat)!

I’m looking for an UNFURNISHED private room for myself for up to $1000/month (depending on what’s included) for a move in date of October 1st.

I’m a super easy going, quiet, respectful and clean individual who’s mainly a homebody and introvert, but am extroverted and outgoing with the right crowd 😄

I work downtown so places such as Stittsville, Barrhaven, Orleans won’t work because the bus commute would be way too long (I don’t have a car).

I’d prefer to live with someone aged 24yrs + (preferably women but am open to men if the vibe is right). Also, I will not tolerate roommates that have guests over for over a week at a time. (Guests are fine in general but not if you have a friend or partner that’s overnight for long periods of time 😭literally WHY)

I’m Neurodivergent so I fit best with other neuro-friendly people.

I’m very into psychology, space & other sciences, crystals, and all things spiritual. I also love board games! I use incense (in my room) every day so I can’t live with someone that would be bothered by incense.

ALSO, I refuse to live with people who whistle in the house. I grew up with certain superstitions so whistling indoors (or at all to be frank) makes me incredibly uncomfortable. I’m generally very open to compromise but this is a strict boundary for me.
