I’m Irena, originally from Ukraine. Came to Canada 3 year ago. I am working full-time on-site as a Receptionist at the Dental office. I am also a freelance ESL tutor. I am extremely chill, like keeping stuff in order, maintaining a clean environment and respecting other people’s boundaries. I am conflict avoidant and people pleaser kind of person. I appreciate mutual respect and clear communication. I enjoy going to the gym, reading, thrifting and writing music in my spare time. I appreciate personal space and I would never intrude yours. We don’t have to be friends, tho I wouldn’t mind occasional chats and movie nights. I have a great credit score, and can provide both a letter of employment and previous landlord references. Only written agreements. I want to make sure that I am an official tenant and since I am also paying rent - we must have equal rights.

IMPORTANT: The only thing that is crucial for me - I’d like to invite my friends over from time to time (no parties) with further notice, as long as we stay in my room and don’t disturb other tenants (which we usually do). If you have a no-guests policy - it may not work for me.
