Hello! I’m looking for a female roomie that wants to look together for a 2 bedroom (or 3 bedroom), 2 bathroom condo. I have a small affectionate chihuahua! So I am looking for a pet-friendly building with a balcony. It would be nice if you have a dog or a cat so they can be roomies as well! I am easy going, neat and tidy but my dog does shed because he has allergies, so I am vacuuming the home 3 times a week. (If you dont mind!) Normally, he is not suppose to shed, but the allergy situation has been challenging for the past 3 years, still searching for answers to get my boy better! I currently live alone but would like to team up to save some money. I also would like a really good gym in the building because my current building doesnt have one! if you like to work out, we can be workout buddies and help motivate each other! I do enjoy netflix shows, and also love to check out new places in the city for good food! Let me know if you think we would be a good fit! Looking for a place outside of the downtown core so cost of rent wont be so high. Prefer north of downtown.
