Hi👋! I’m moving to Scarborough and looking for a friendly, responsible, and tidy roommate to team up and rent a 2 bed, 2 bath condo together (not looking for a basement apartment).

I’m mainly searching for places near the 401 for an easier commute to work, but Guildwood, West Hill, Port Union or Rouge Hill would be great too! I work from home two days a week, so someone who’s chill during the week would be ideal.

A few other things:

• My budget is $3000 for the 2 of us (so $1500 max for my portion)
• I’m looking for a 12 month lease ideally but have no prob if my rommie is only short term (4,6,8 months)
• I have a car and would like to take the parking spot.
• My move-in date is super flexible (March/April/May, but earlier or later is fine. I can work with your dates).
