Hello! I’m looking to rent out a private room (preferably private bathroom as well or shared with 1 person at the most) in a house, apartment, condo, etc. by the end of August or start of September. Preferrable areas are Kitchener, Cambridge and Waterloo respectively. I don’t smoke and have no pets. I do have a car, so will surely need a parking space. Currently working 2 jobs. I am a friendly & easy going and love to watch movies and traveling as well. Would prefer a housemate I can bond with as well. Hit me up if you’re renting a space out or you’re looking for a place yourself. I’d be open to team up to look for a place together. A bit flexible on rent. Can be furnished or not.
