ISO: 1 bedroom in an apartment/condo/home with a roommate (female only)

Location: Downtown Core or max 20 minutes away by transportation.

Move-in date: Anytime (flexible)

Lease term: Longterm (minimum a year)

Budget: up to $1,650 with utilities (no parking needed)

Type of unit: must be rent controlled, washer and dryer in the unit, a furnished room preferred (ex, a dresser and desk), and the unit furnished with major appliances.

About me: I’m a 24 year old working full-time. I’m clean and respectful of other people’s space and would like the same. I’d also prefer a smoke free environment. I work nightshifts so I’d like a roommate who doesn’t work from home. I’d love to be friends with my roommate and would be open to watching shows/movies together, going out together etc, but that is not a requirement :)
