Hey there!

We’re Alice and Aditya, and we’re looking for a third roommate to join us in renting a new place. We’re excited about finding someone who’s clean, responsible, and also chill and laid-back.

A bit about us:

• Alice: An experienced real estate agent who values a well-kept and beautiful home.
• Aditya: A master’s student at the University of Calgary, interning in data science and working as a sales associate. Balancing studies and work has sharpened her organizational and time management skills.

We’ve been compatible roommates for a year now and take great care of our living space. We prioritize a healthy and safe home environment and are friendly, considerate neighbors.

Financial stability is a strong point for us, so rent payments are always on time. We’re proactive about maintenance and ensure our home stays in excellent condition.

We’re planning to move in on July 1st but are flexible to move in as early as June 15th. If you’re looking for a great place to live with awesome roommates, we’d love to hear from you!
