Seeking a safe place to live. My cat is shy, well-behaved, he’s 14. I do vape and smoke 420 outside for pain management. I rarely drink, I’m a quiet person, I keep to myself, and I don’t party.

Open to teaming up or renting a room. Hoping for some respectful, mindful of shared spaces and queer-friendly. I’m non binary and would really love for that to not be a problem (currently is).

I don’t drive and I’m in penticton. Its hard to view a place, and I need to give 1 months notice. I’m not comfortable giving notice without having a place first, nor moving into a place I haven’t viewed in person. So I’m looking for someone able to give me grace in an extra amount of time.

Open to doing extra cleaning around the house for help on the rent price, if that’s of interest. Lots of janitorial experience! Reliable income.
