Baltimore girl here. I’m actively looking for a 1-bedroom apartment/ shared room in the downtown area of Toronto, ON, ideally with a budget around $1000-1500 per month, and am open to suggestions on where to look and what to prioritize in my search. Open to move April 15th or May 1st.

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Location: M6J, M5A area of Toronto, ON (basically anywhere downtown)
• Type: 1-bedroom apartment/shared apartment
• Budget: $1000-1500per month
• Preferred Amenities: In-building laundry, parking, and storage space are a plus
• Things to Consider: I’m looking for a place that is well-maintained and in a safe neighborhood. � Where I’ve been looking:
• Online Platforms: I’ve been checking Kijiji, Facebook, Nextdoor (everything under the sun)
• Word of Mouth: I’ve also asked friends and family for recommendations.
