Hey, I’m Dylan, a final-year commerce student at Dalhousie. I’m a laid-back guy who’s really into music and gaming (PC & PS4).
We’re looking for someone to move in for a short-term stay in September since our last roommate had to leave unexpectedly. It’s a three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a den and a balcony. You’d be staying in the master bedroom with your own private bathroom.
The place is fully furnished, including a spacious kitchen, a huge couch, and a flatscreen TV with access to Netflix and Prime. We also have a private gym downstairs. Additionally, the apartment is right beside Larry Uteck- so super convenient.
Rent is $900, all utilities included.
