I’m nice and clean keep to myself and mind my own business, very independent. looking for clean and tidy people to live with. I Don’t drink. Currently on disability. Occupation digital Animation and production. Likes to game! as hobby Light cooking and enjoys having a friend over occasionally. sometimes I leaves to visit a friend for a few days so you will be sure to have the place to yourself. Okay with parties and guests. during weekends and holidays. XD parties are always fun. NOT INTERESTED IF LISTED BELOW

  • No landlord occupied please.
  • No loud or untrained animals that pee and shit everywhere in the house.
  • No aggressive, dangerous guests/people.
  • No smokers due to being ( severely asthmatic )
  • Utilities must be included and internet.
