Hello! I am a future lawyer looking for a roommate in Toronto!
I own a vehicle, I have good credit, can pass employment verification, landlord references, etc.
I was born and raised in Montreal and would hope to find somewhat of a long-term roommate situation for the length of my stay in Toronto working on Bay Street. Hoping to move in for the first of June of 2025.
About myself: I pay my rent a week in advance. I am respectful of space and have no issues with having guests over so long as there is a mutual agreement. I don’t have pets, I don’t smoke, and I’m always good to help out with chores, groceries, cooking, and cleanliness. Cleanliness is very important for me and I try to clean at least once a week if not more.
I am looking for a roommate to cut down on costs. Ideally looking for someone quiet, reasonable and open minded! My favourite activities include; alpine skiing, paintball, rock climbing, working out, gaming, going to festivals, and watching movies. Thanks!
