Use of the laundry room (once a week) and a shared kitchen on the main floor included in the rent, along with one parking spot on the driveway.Tenant cannot smoke (not even on the outside on the property)or cook/warm up fish because both landlords are allergic to them. Close to The Oshawa Center mall, Loblaws, Canadian Tire, Shoppers Drug Mart (24 hour) Tenant needs to agree to a background check, references, proof of employment or educational status. Deposit is first and last month’s rent.
