I am very friendly, and a full-time working professional in my 30s with a vehicle. I’ve lived with roommates before, so I do value the importance of communicating respectfully and consistently with those you live with. I would like to live with only ONE roommate as I find this to be much easier to communicate and maintain an environment with more space. I work from home half of the time, but also go into the office to work the other half. I am responsible, considerate, reliable and cleans up after myself. My hope is to find a roommate, who shares similar values while living together :)
A space with my own bathroom is strongly preferred, as well, I am not open to downtown Toronto.
