I’m a 30 y/o, single, male, looking to find a new roommate to replace the one moving out. My current roommate plans to move back in with their family at the end of fall to help her save some extra money.

I work full time in Bradford. Am a quite, respectful and clean individual who enjoys playing sports, video games and piano in my spare time. I’m cannabis and pet friendly but do not own any pets of my own.

Ideally, I would like to continue living at my current resident to help save myself another move, but I am not opposed to moving to a new location if the location and price is right. Current rent is a total of ~$2000/month when utilities are added, parking available and landlord is a respectful, fair person as well
