I am writing to express my interest in renting the private room at your property as advertised for a long term rental starting February 1st 2025. I am looking to move because i got a new job an hour away from my current place of residence starting February 5th. Currently i’m looking for a quiet, well-maintained, and comfortable living space, and I believe this room would be an ideal fit for me. I have all my own furnishings and I am a responsible tenant and take pride in maintaining the cleanliness and condition of my living space. I do not smoke and have no pets. I don’t drive.
