We are looking for a third roommate to join our three bedroom apartment!

The apartment is in a giant Victorian building by Gage park! Right by a shoppers drug mart and a few coffee shops:)!

Hoping to either rent out my roommates room or my room! My room would be $900 and the other would be $1000 plus utilities! So if that’s your budget then perfect! I work anywhere from 5-7 days a week. So I’m not in the apartment a ton and am an early riser so someone who is relatively quiet and clean is preferred! We don’t mind guests but please NO parties or late night loud noise. We are looking for another young professional/student, female or male to team up. So if you’re kind, clean, respectful and cool then we will get along!
