I am a clean, tidy, responsible single female. I used to work as a house cleaner and basic groundskeeper so I will take excellent care of your house and property.

I’m looking for a safe and peaceful place to be able to cook and work on my projects in my room 🤟

Also, I do not drink, party, smoke, use drugs; I don’t date or have overnight guests. I am ok with cannabis use but would prefer not be around smoking it indoors. I am cool with being around edibles and vaping indoors, but not smoking indoors. I use it medicinally, responsibly, I’m not checked out or irresponsible and I only use edibles and vape for sleep.

I do have a Service Dog poodle. She is hypoallergenic and non-shedding. We have lived with people who have allergies and they had zero allergy issues with my poodle. We have lived places without yards and we do fine with our long leashes for outdoor playtime. We have lived places with stairs and are ok with that as well. My dog is great with kids and animals. She is with me 99% of the time.

I am never late on payments. I always leave tenancy places cleaner than I found them: one time I even re-painted all walls in the apt of my own expense just to get a good referral from that rental agency moving forward, the staff person said “are you moving in or out, this looks great?!“ And multiple times I have found a replacement tenant before vacating, as a courtesy.

I’m seeking ideally one year lease or at least until spring. Move in date could be Oct 1 or Nov 1. I have a credit score of 694.
