Hi! I’m a friendly creative type looking for a long-term LGBTQ+ and COVID-safe home. COVID safety is top priority for me, and it probably means a private bathroom in most situations, but i would absolutely love to live with people who are still masking if you’re out there!
I do freelance illustration and dabble in electronic music. I love improvised performing arts and am very serious about chocolate. My other hobbies include going for nature walks, gaming, and cooking. I work from home and spend most of my time there, so I’m interested in building a warm and comfortable vibe, but I mostly prefer to keep to myself.
Living with me means clear communication, clean spaces, rent paid like clockwork, and extra love for your pets (i have none). I don’t need parking, I don’t smoke or drink, and I don’t have visitors often. That said, I have a wonderful girlfriend (she’s also COVID-safe) that I would love to host for a weekend roughly once a month. this is just a nice-to-have, since i can always go visit her instead.
My dealbreakers include smoking indoors, yelling, lying, dirty bathrooms, and pets that are not being taken care of. My budget has a bit of wiggle room if there’s an office space, and a LOT of wiggle room if you have a completely separate studio or 1br.
