Chelsea

Hey! My name is Chelsea and I am currently looking for a roommate! My current roommate is moving out on May 15th and is looking for someone to take over her lease and room.

The place is The Pinnacle at Bridgwater Trails (the south side). It has what anyone would look for in an apartment and that would be; the convenience of the location (it’s close to Northtown where there’s a square with almost every essential outlet - banks, pharmacy, gym, supermarket, liquor store, restaurants, service offices, gas stations, etc), and in addition, it is 10 mins away from UofM by car & 2 or 1 bus away (the bus stop is right outside the building), awesome amenities (pool, gym, club membership - you get discounted offers to a variety of places and things around the city), and a safe and good neighborhood.

I hope I don’t come off as ‘too specific’ but I’d rather you know what you are getting into! This is open to anyone (no specific gender/nationality/religion/etc but preferably female) that is tidy and can look after themselves! I am a rather neat person and personally speaking, my mess to some is still neat. Don’t be alarmed I’m not ‘annoying’ with it but I just appreciate tidiness! I am looking for someone that can make the apartment a home, too! So essentially and gradually a friend, too, in the process! I am personally, usually that caring, nurturing and loving friend that will check on you every morning and night and once a week and/or month depending on when we can make time I’d like to set time aside just to have some time with my roommate! Catch up and see how life’s going and so forth! I have boundaries that I’d appreciate if respected and in turn, I’ll return the favour!

I do drink - responsibly, and occasionally. I love cooking so 7/10 times you’ll be fed all through the day!
