Hi! My name’s Em. I’m 23, non-binary, and I just recently graduated university as an English Specialist/French minor. I work at Indigo part time, but my main focus is on my manuscript for a new adult fantasy series I plan to query in September (do you like Avatar the Last Airbender? ‘Cause that brilliant show is the inspiration for my story.) I love late night talks or early morning silences and my dog, Lux, is the most easy-going sweetheart you will ever meet.

I love cooking and finding vegetarian alternatives to scrumdiddlyumptious dishes. Drawing from life and playing guitar are my hobbies, though I love tossing around a frisbee or going skating when I have the time, too! I also have an affinity for finding new shows and movies and binge-watching the HECK out of them so if that’s your cup of tea, well then I have a whole pot!

I’m seeking a space I can be proud as a queer person. I would love to learn about different experiences and cultures with whomever I might find as a roommate/s, though I have my quiet moments as well. I just want everyone to be happy and comfortable.
