I am looking to team up to rent a house or simply find a great room to rent. Seeking to move December 1.

About me: I am a public servant, student, and volunteer.

I’m a social roommate seeking a social roommate who wants to live with another human and enjoys occasional cooking together, going for walks, movie nights etc.

I’m a very generous/open person and typically share any of my items in common rooms such as cooking tools, games etc. I don’t do well with people that don’t live with similar values.

I work in office 7:30-3:30 several days a week and am in bed by 10:30PM, night owls are probably not compatible. I am usually in class 2 nights a week and out and about on weekends. I ski all winter and kayak all summer + hiking.

I am typically a direct, non passive aggressive communicator, and expect the same.

My biggest flaws are forgetting to move my laundry to the dryer sometimes, and not being able to read people’s facial expressions/energy - I need regular check-ins to make sure all is operating well in the house and people are happy! My budget is $700-$1500.
