Hey, I’m Jarrod. I’m 24, and I’m looking for a place to stay in St. Thomas or south London. I’m a quiet and kind young guy, I am comfortable with students and I would be absolutely happy living with students or LGBTQ+ folks. I like baking, reading, listening to podcasts, and playing video games, and I am a very easy person to live with. I keep things tidy for myself but I am not too worried about how other people live. I plan to have a roommate for a year or maybe more while I get into a financial situation where I can live in a small place on my own. I don’t have a vehicle now but I have my full license am hopeful to acquire one within the next year.
