I am looking for a quiet place in Ottawa, ON, Canada, with a non-shared bathroom either attached or detached but for my exclusive use. High-speed internet is a must. In-house laundry is my only other requirement. No basements, please.

I am a friendly and quiet person. I am slightly introverted and keep to myself most of the time. I mind my own business. I am Canadian but I have travelled all over the world, lived in a couple of countries, and read a ton of books which enables me to entertain a lot of subjects when chatting with friendly people. I have no addiction to any substance. I am a non-smoker, with no vaping, no drugs, and a non-drinker. I am not dog friendly, cats are okay but I prefer not to deal with pets in general.

I am looking for quiet and pleasant company to share a house/apartment with.
