Hello! I have a modern 3 bedroom/3.5 bath townhouse in Killarney area and am looking for 1 or 2 roommates.

The townhouse is located 5 mins from MRU, 10 mins from U of C and an 8-10 min drive to downtown (24 min by bus).

One bedroom is upstairs with a private ensuite and one is downstairs with a private full bathroom. I plan to rent out at least one bedroom, and maybe two. There is also a bonus room downstairs (with a wet bar). The place is already furnished, so I am looking for someone who does not have any furniture to move in.

Street parking is available. The rental is $850/mo, plus utilities and internet would be split.

A bit about me; I am a young professional working for Alberta Health Services and fairly new to Calgary. I am very clean, easy going, respectful and kind. I am a very social person but also like my own time. I lead a healthy lifestyle.

I’m looking for females only in the mid 20s to mid 30s age range with similar qualities. I’m not looking to rent to couples or children. I’m looking for a roommate who does not smoke or have pets but wants a clean, safe and comfortable place to live.
