I’m Arun Kurian

I’m 28 years old and and single I have good references from work, landlord and friends.

I work full time as a residential building manager in downtown Vancouver for an apartment complex.

I don’t drink or smoke,I am allergic to alcohol and smoke so I can’t do both. I would prefer if nobody smokes inside the house too.

I’m a computer science engineer and game developer who uses most of his past time either making or designing new games.

I also do a bit ot sound and narrative design from my games too. I’m currently working on a detective crime investigation game with a focus on storytelling in my off time.

If possible I’d like a wired Internet connection to my PC.

I’m very clean and picky about being clean. So I need a clean room and surroundings.

I also have a car that I hope can be parked on the street or driveway. This also means my roomies get a free drive to any vacation spot.
