Hi! I’m looking to rent a private room and a parking spot, just for myself, in a clean and relatively quiet home (no basements, please). A private bathroom would be preferred, but I’m open to sharing! And an unfurnished room would also be ideal, as I’d prefer to use my own furniture, but I’ll consider furnished spaces, as well. My budget is up to $1200/month, including utilities (I have my own high-speed Internet with Rogers).

I’m a single female in my late 30s with a car, no kids, and no pets. My landlady is selling the 1-bedroom condo I’m currently renting in Scarborough, so I’m looking to move on (or before) April 1st, 2025. I’d like to stay long-term, for at least 12 months. I would strongly prefer to live with other adults, as well - no families and/or kids. Additionally, I’m a non-smoker, and I don’t drink. I’m sober; I don’t do any drugs of any kind, and I would like to live in a smoke-free, drug-free, and pet-free home. I’m extremely clean, and I like to stay organized. I’m very respectful of other people and their space, and I expect the same in return.

A little about me: I’ve been a professional voice actress for over 4 years, and I’m also looking for a second job (my industry, like many industries, has been facing challenges over the last couple of years). I work from home, as well as on-site in downtown Toronto. Although I’m generally quiet and introverted, I’m also very friendly! I’m always ready to offer up a smile and a cheerful “hello!” :) Some of my hobbies include listening to music (on headphones), writing, video games, cooking, and working out. I’m a responsible tenant, and if needed, I can provide an excellent reference from my landlady.
